What a great time of year...Fall in the NW is short and we enjoy these last few warm, sunny days!

Loving the warm sunny days of Fall!

August was a fun and busy month.  Our Five Day Artisan bread class is full.  Four of the six participants will be traveling from out of state to join the class.  We are thrilled to have Carl Shavitz come to us from his home in England to teach the class once again. 

Our community college and private bread classes continue to fill up.  Great participants in those classes!  Fall is in the air and I love this time of year.  Time to get baking...
