The first official event occured at the Hains House this past week. Carl Shavitz of the Artisan Bread School in England came and taught his five day Artisan Bread Class. Six participants joined him in the class. My heartfelt thanks for their generous contribution to making the first event a success. Their picture is posted on the Lessons page.
